Who We Are

According to a recent survey, 94% of homeowners over the age of 60 wish to remain living in their homes as long as possible. Unfortunately, health and financial matters often force them from their homes prematurely. Some individuals become homeless. Others often end up in a facility that costs society more than if these person had been able to remain in their homes.

At project:HOMES, we help people stay in their homes comfortably, safely, and affordably. In many cases, a person may prefer living in a safe, fun and affordable apartment. These individuals can often find their dream homes in one of our five signature apartments.

Project:HOMES is devoted to improving a person’s housing and living conditions through a variety of home financing, sales, repair, and construction services and to developing affordable multi-unit senior apartments, and single-family market rate homes.

Where We Serve

We currently offer services to those in Richmond and the surrounding seven counties of Planning District 15 (Charles City, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent and Powhatan). Our five signature apartment properties are located in Ashland, Colonial Heights, Richmond, and Henrico County.
